You'll notice a visual improvement immediately after treatment. Full flexibility and waterproofing restoration happens within 72 hours as the formula penetrates and absorbs into your shingles.

We recommend staying off the roof for 24-48 hours to let the treatment fully absorb. After that, it's safe to walk on — though there's usually no reason to go up there.

Our treatment is designed for Florida weather. It starts bonding immediately and won't wash off with rain. We check the forecast and schedule accordingly, but a little afternoon rain won't hurt the treatment.
